One of the most difficult things about being a
recruiter is that we are often required to work alone, and have little to no support from
anyone. We have the complexity of running a full desk, and have to put as much effort into
generating job orders as we do towards sourcing candidates.

What if you don’t have experience staffing or recruiting in IT?
If your recruiting or staffing experience is in a niche other than IT,
such as Medical, Sales, Engineering, Construction, Legal, etc… you are welcome to join our team.

Shared Job Orders - Every job order entered into
our system by any recruiter is available to be worked on by every other recruiter in our company. So if you are
a recruiter that is extremely talented at bringing in job orders, you will have support of other recruiters
that are extremely talented at candidate sourcing and recruitment.
Shared Candidate Pool - Our full candidate
database is available to all recruiters that work with us. Recruit candidates and you will be compensated any
time a candidate you have recruited is placed.
Lifetime Commissions - If you bring in the
contract with a company, you will be compensated every time a placement is made at that company by yourself or
by any other Nexmation recruiter. Companies you sell to become your account and this can build a longer term
revenue stream for you by building residual income when other recruiters close additional business.
Candidate Sourcing Support - If you have a job
order that requires assistance, other recruiters as well as the home office support team are available to
assist you in list building, and resume sourcing.
Billing and Collection Support - You recruit, we
handle the business end. All contract processing, invoicing, collections and bookkeeping are taken care of by
the home office.
Payroll Funding For Temporary / Contract
Placements - We provide unlimited funding, billing and collections for temporary placements for IT
staffing, Engineering, Medical, Clerical, and Light Industrial temporary placements.
Industry Leading Recruiting Tools - We strive to
provide you with industry leading Applicant Tracking Software, Market Research, and Candidate Sourcing Tools
and Training to recruit, track and manage and market your candidates.
Candidate Database - we are continually adding hundreds of
candiates per day to our shared candidate database so that our recruiters have access to fresh candidates
from major job boards like Monster and Careerbuilder.

You will also have a contact database with IT and HR decision
makers at over 26,000 companies nationwide. The cost of developing this data on your own
