If you refer someone that you know to become a Virtual Recruiter with Nexmation, LLC. we will pay you 5% of their gross billings for 1 year.

* Billings are based on the Gross Margin billed (Total Billings – Direct Cost to make the placement. IE: Payroll Expense)
We are looking for experienced recruiters looking to have the flexibility to work from home, and the support of a larger organization. We require a dedication to sales, and a proven track record as a recruiter. One of the most difficult things about being a recruiter is that we are often required to work alone, and have little to no support from anyone. We have the complexity of running a full desk, and have to put as much effort into generating job orders as we do towards sourcing candidates.
